Agreement

These terms describe how you may use Luminesca Tools at tools.luminesca.net. By using the site you agree to this notice and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the tools.

Licence to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the free browser utilities for lawful purposes. You may use the results you create for your own work. You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades service, redistribute the site itself as a competing product, or remove attribution that appears on a page.

No account required

Most tools run in your browser without an account. Features that call an external service (for example Text to Speech downloads or live currency rates) are described on the relevant tool page and in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the tools to violate the law, to infringe others’ rights, to probe or attack systems you do not own, or to process data you are not allowed to handle. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass technical limits, or upload malware.

Intellectual property

Site design, original copy, branding and tooling belong to Luminesca unless a page names another licence. Open-source libraries used by individual tools are listed in their notices. Your own inputs and the outputs you generate remain yours.

Disclaimers

The tools are provided “as is” for general convenience. We do not warrant that results are error-free, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Calculators, converters and decoders are aids, not professional advice. JWT decoding does not verify signatures; checksum matching is not a security assessment; medical or financial calculators are illustrative only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luminesca is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the tools or inability to use them. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of zero fees paid for the tools (they are free) or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms when the service changes. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
